11970 NACA Style Air Flow Scoop (1 Pair)

This trim Air Flow Scoop duct is shaped in the classic NACA style and features a mesh grille on the drop face. Primarily cosmetic, it could be also used as a functional scoop if suitably fitted and features a self adhesive mount for ease of installation.

Fitting Notes:

• The mount is not intended for use on extreme curved surfaces as these will not allow the adhesive to bond securely.
• Clean the surface throughly to remove any residual dirt, grease, polish or waxes.
• Ensure the surface is totally dry before application
• The tape is best applied in temperatures of at least 15° C
• Place the Air Flow Scoop into position and mark with a marker that either be washed or polished off
• Remove the backing from the adhesive tape and place the Air Flow Scoop into position.
• Do not wash or allow water ingress for at least 48 hours after fitment
• A little creative work can be employed to afix the scoop if the adhesive tape method is not deemed suitable.
