Product information and fitment

Please check the part number, vehicle application and product specifications before ordering. Performance parts can require supporting modifications or professional installation. If you are unsure whether an item suits your vehicle or intended use, ask us before purchasing.

We aim to keep descriptions, prices and availability accurate. Information may change, and we will contact you if an error or availability issue affects your order. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for product descriptions, advice or consumer guarantees where applicable.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Free standard domestic freight applies to eligible Australian orders over A$500, excluding bulky items. International orders do not qualify for free freight. Freight rates, dispatch estimates and delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Customers pay return freight for an approved change-of-mind return or an item ordered by mistake. JDM Mods NQ covers reasonable return freight for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items. Please contact us before arranging a return.

Voluntary cancellations and change-of-mind refunds may be subject to disclosed, non-refundable payment-provider charges where permitted by law. Any such charge will be explained before approval. No payment-provider, restocking or repackaging fees are deducted from a refund required because goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied by us or cannot be supplied.

Promotions and LMCT+ offers

• Promotional discounts cannot be combined with already discounted or promotional items unless expressly stated.
• COBB products are excluded from promotional discounts.
• LMCT+ discounted orders attract freight on large or bulky items, including goods that do not fit in an Australia Post satchel up to 5 kg.
• Free domestic freight remains subject to the over-A$500 threshold and eligible-product conditions. There is no free international freight.

Website content, branding, photographs, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Please do not reproduce them without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience and further information. Their content and services are controlled by those third parties. Unauthorised or unlawful use of this website is not permitted.

Your rights

These terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy. Australian law applies, subject to any mandatory rights that also apply to your purchase.
