Converting from OEM side-feed injectors to top-feed? These are the same CNC-machined aluminium injector seats used in Radium Engineering's own Nissan fuel rail kits. They press directly into the intake manifold injector ports and seal via the included Viton O-ring, providing a clean, leak-free foundation for top-feed injectors with a 14mm lower O-ring — the common standard for aftermarket injectors.

Available in two sizes to suit different manifold bore diameters — measure your manifold's injector counterbore before ordering. Size is not interchangeable between applications.

Colour guide: 30mm seats are black anodised. 25mm seats are Radium green anodised. Both are laser etched with the Radium logo.

Installation

1. Thoroughly clean any dirt or debris from the intake manifold injector seat bores.
2. Lubricate the Viton O-rings with clean engine oil.
3. Press each seat firmly into the manifold injector port until fully seated — use a small rubber mallet if required.
