Radium Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit with Microglass Filter: Subaru BRZ/Toyota 86

The Radium Engineering 20-0966-05 Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit converts the OEM returnless fuel system on the Subaru BRZ, Scion FR-S, Toyota GT86 and GR86 to a traditional return system. It includes everything required to connect directly to OEM or aftermarket fuel rails in both single and dual pump configurations, and is designed to pair with the Radium 20-1073 / 20-1074 fuel pump hangers.

An 8AN PTFE hose feeds a Radium fuel filter with a microglass element and integrated check valve, mounted under the vehicle on a chassis-specific bolt-on bracket. An inline fuel pressure gauge and an adjustable Radium RA-Series fuel pressure regulator attach to the filter. 6AN PTFE hoses are included to connect to the port injection fuel rails and the high pressure fuel pump.

Note: The 20-0966-03 version of this kit uses a stainless steel filter element instead.

RA-Series Fuel Pressure Regulator

• Industry-first tool-less pressure adjustment — no jam nut or set screw
• Incremental detents give haptic feedback — approx. 1psi (±0.5psi) per detent
• 360° swivelling vacuum reference port, double O-ring sealed
• 4 interchangeable 10-32 vacuum port fittings: 3/16" barb, 3AN male, push-to-connect, and a vacuum plug for constant (OEM-style) pressure
