Radium CCV Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit, Toyota Tacoma (2005-2023)

The Radium Engineering 20-0839-FL CCV Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit installs inline on the crankcase breather hose of the 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma, catching oil, fuel and moisture contaminants as they pass through the can — before they reach the intake pipe.

The can mounts to threaded bosses on the inner fender in the engine bay using the supplementary bracket provided. The kit includes everything needed for a complete installation.

Fluid Lock

A conventional catch can that isn't emptied regularly will eventually overflow, pouring collected contaminants into the intake system. Radium's patented Fluid Lock® mechanism prevents the reservoir from overfilling and traps collected fluids until the can is emptied. Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, so no additional inline check valve is required.

Collection & Emptying

Collection rates vary from vehicle to vehicle, so there is no set emptying interval. PCV catch cans tend to collect more than CCV catch cans. Check the level with the integrated dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and repeat as needed. Empty by unscrewing the lower reservoir, or fit the optional Radium Petcock Drain Kit where there is space under the can.
