These fittings feature a billet aluminium outer body with a plastic insert to secure onto the male fitting.

To determine the required size, simply measure the outside diameter of the male fitting tube:

0.3125"/7.94mm = 5/16"

0.375"/9.53mm = 3/8"

0.50"/12.70mm = 1/2"
