Product Description
Link TCC04 Four-Channel EGT to CAN Module
The Link TCC04, MPN 101-0384, sends temperature measurements from up to four Type-K thermocouples to a CAN-capable Link ECU. Available from JDM Mods NQ, it adds individual-cylinder exhaust-temperature monitoring without consuming the ECU's analogue voltage inputs.
Each channel uses cold-junction compensation. With suitable probes and installation, the temperature data can support tuning, cylinder comparisons and configured engine-protection strategies. The module can also monitor other temperatures, including intercooler, turbocharger, cylinder-head, coolant or oil measurements, when appropriate sensors and mounting arrangements are used.
Key Features and Compatibility
- Four Type-K thermocouple inputs
- Digital temperature communication over CAN
- Compatible with Link ECUs that support CAN bus
- Wireless setup and updates from a compatible smartphone or PC
- Live temperature readings and thermocouple status through its wireless interface
- Link-standard four-pin DTM power/CAN connection
- Maximum stated measurement deviation: 2%

Thermocouple probes are not listed in the standard package contents. Select suitable Type-K probes separately and confirm connector, wire-polarity and mounting requirements.
Installation and PCLink Configuration
Provide suitable 12V power and ground, connect CAN High and CAN Low correctly, and follow the manufacturer's CAN wiring and termination requirements. Set the module's CAN speed and identifier to match your ECU configuration.
In PCLink, configure a Receive User Stream using the matching CAN identifier, then load the Link-supplied LCS stream definition for the TCC04. Use the exact stream for this four-channel module. Confirm all channels report plausible temperatures before using their data for engine protection.
Probe location, wiring and calibration affect the usefulness of EGT measurements. Have an experienced installer plan the installation and confirm compatibility with your ECU and probes.

| PCLink Calibration Name | To setup a Link TCCXX in PCLink a provided LCS file must be used. First open the CAN Setup dialog, setup your desired Receive User Stream and set the ID to match the CAN ID setup in the TCCXX device. If using a TCC08, a second Receive User Stream must be setup one CAN ID after the first to receive EGT values 5-8. Move over to the Streams tab then select the corresponding stream. Select Load Stream then select the correct steam for your device. Please refer to the Support Section linked below for full set-up instructions. |
Installation and Compatibility Checks
