Bundle contents

• 1 × Link Razor PDM module
• 1 × Link 12-button CAN keypad
• Each PDM includes its mounting plate and screws, Superseal C plug and pin kit, USB-C cable, positive terminal insulation boot, two high-current ring terminals and bolts, and quickstart guide.

Specifications below apply to each individual PDM. Current limits must be respected per unit and channel; multiple modules do not form one higher-rated output.

Inputs and Outputs

• High Power Outputs: Four 25A continuous (80A safe peak), configurable as high side, low side, PWM or paired for H-bridge control.
• Universal ADIO: Eight Analogue/Digital/Input/Output (ADIO) pins, configurable as analogue or digital/switched inputs, or high-side outputs up to 8A each. Four ADIO pins support PWM output, while the remaining four support PWM, Frequency, Duty cycle, Speed inputs.
• Software-Controlled Pull-Ups: 4K7 to 5V.
• Current Capacity: Up to 100A continuous combined output with 160A non-repetitive peak current.
• Expansion: Multiple PDMs can be easily connected via CAN to give you more I/O. The compact nature of the Razor PDM allows you to place each PDM closest to the power draw.

Customizable Button Inserts

• The replacement system for individual inserts makes modifying the keypad layout simple and economical.

• Guaranteed to be dust tight and sealed against water immersion to a depth of 1 meter for up to 1 hour. The IP69K rating provides protection against high pressure water at high temperature spray downs.

Installation and configuration

• Plan power feeds, cable sizes, grounds and mounting for the actual load. PDMs become hot under large loads.
• Configure outputs, over-current protection and CAN control using PDM Link; verify connected device compatibility and bus termination.
• May operate standalone or with a compatible Link ECU. Custom CAN streams allow use with other compatible brands.
• Professional electrical installation and commissioning are recommended.
