Package contents and application details

• G4X XtremeX ECU (8 x Injector and 8 x Ignition Drives)
• Terminated Engine Harness GM LS GEN3/4*
• LS DBW Adapter Loom
• A cam sensor harness extension will be needed to accommodate the Gen 4 LS front mounted cam sensor. Â Â Â
• A small modification is required to the crank sensor connector. See “crank connectorâ€? section in installation manual for details.   Â
• Injector Connector Adapters to USCar connector will be required for most Gen 4 Engines. Check your injector connector to confirm. Use Link PN 101-0287 Â Â Â
• To support Gen 4 factory knock sensors you will require the Link LS Gen 4 Knock Adapter Loom (PN 101-0306) Â Â
• To support the factory Gen 4 MAP sensor you will require a Link LS Map Adapter Loom plus a Gen 3 to Gen 4 MAP sensor extension harness (alternatively you can use a Link MAP sensor which is directly supported by the harness)Â

Installation and ordering

Have an experienced installer confirm the engine, transmission, connector layout and available inputs and outputs before ordering. Follow the model-specific Link installation manual and configure the ECU in PCLink. Check sensor calibration, trigger settings, fuel and ignition setup, and engine-protection limits before running the engine. A supplied startup map requires calibration for the actual engine.

Listed tuning features depend on the vehicle hardware, firmware, available I/O and configuration. Shared or repurposed channels cannot perform every listed function simultaneously.
