Product Description
GIZZMO B1 BOOST CONTROLLER
Closed-loop electronic boost control with 2D mapping, a 65K-colour display and active engine protection — Australian-owned and engineered.
KEY FEATURES
Display & UI — 65,536-colour TFT LCD. Real-time engine vitals at a glance — peak boost, duty, volt %, voltage, speed, RPM and solenoid %.
Boost control — Closed-loop control across the full boost range. Genuine MAC 3-port solenoid with adjustable drive frequency.
2D mapping — Two-axis boost table, up to 20 zones. Boost offset against RPM, speed, voltage or voltage %.
6 memories — Six independent boost setups for different conditions, switchable on the fly.
Engine protection — Active AFR protection via optional module, with multiple engine warnings and cuts.
Flexible I/O — Analogue AFR input adapts to any AFR meter (display Lambda or AFR). MAP input configurable to any voltage-output sensor, to 100 psi with an aftermarket sensor.
Construction — CNC-machined billet alloy, satin black anodised. Mounting brackets included. Harness needs a minimum of two wires.
WHY THE B1 WINS
The B1 matches the $2,000 Plex and the $900 Turbosmart eBoost3 on effectively every feature shown — speed, RPM and 2D mapping, configurable MAP input, analogue AFR and billet construction — while undercutting both heavily on price, and it adds adjustable solenoid frequency that the eBoost3 doesn't have. Against Greddy and HKS, it adds configurable MAP sensing, analogue AFR and adjustable solenoid frequency they lack, at a lower price than either. Only GFB is cheaper, and it drops speed, RPM ,2D mapping, LCD, mounting bracket, adjustable solenoid frequency and configurable MAP sensor. All backed by Australian engineering and 30+ years of automotive electronics experience.
