Core size: 440mm x 185mm x 115mm.

Direct replacement for:

2022- Ford Ranger Raptor P703 / RA 3.0L 6cyl turbo petrol.

Features:

• Dyno tested to decrease IAT's up to 20°C.

• Increased capacity of 37.5% [Intercooler].

• Bar & plate construction with temperature efficient inner fin design.

• Dual 50mm inlet & 63mm outlet.

• CNC fixtures for factory fit of OEM BOV, air temperature sensor & air recirculation pipe.

• Silver or black powder coated intercooler & black piping for the black cooler and polished piping for the silver cooler.

Includes:

• Fenix Pro Series Intercooler.

• All intercooler pipes, black silicone joiners, hose clamps & fittings.

NOTE: Professional installation is recommended. Removal of the factory intercooler shroud is required.

The silver intecooler shows black piping but you will receive polished piping.

Featuring full aluminium construction, the Fenix Performance Ranger Raptor Intercooler kit offers an increased capacity of 37.5% [Intercooler] and a dyno proven decrease in IAT's of up to 20°C.

With ease of installation in mind, this kit bolts up with all the oem fittings & sensors and requires only a handful of basic tools for installation.
