Dixcel 2-piece front brake discs for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution V–IX (Brembo CP9A/CT9A) provide race-proven performance with improved cooling, reduced unsprung weight, and stable braking under high temperatures. The high-carbon rotor ring and lightweight aluminium bell are designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade for street, track, and race use.

Bedding-In Procedure (Highly Recommended)

Correct bedding-in is critical for performance and rotor life, especially for circuit use:

• Perform around 40 consecutive medium-hard stops from 120 km/h down to 80 km/h.
• Some light judder may occur during this process – this will reduce as the discs bed in.
• Complete a gentle cool-down lap to bring rotor temperature below 100°C.
• Confirm the pad transfer layer is even and the friction surface has a uniform light-coloured film (about 1 mm deep).
• Check for full pad contact, no hot spots, and no abnormal pad deposits.
