The reinforced timing belt uses a special technique that does not apply stress when molding the tooth cloth so that it can be adapted to the different shapes of the tooth cloth for each engine.

The aramid and nylon fibers that are the material for the parts that come into contact with the crank pulley and cam pulley are not subjected to excessive force, so the tooth cloth has high strength.

In addition, the "tooth rubber" used on the inside of the tooth cloth is made of highly saturated H-NBR to suppress deformation.

It can absorb the force applied to the belt while driving the cam pulley with high strength, so accurate valve timing can be maintained for a long period of time.
