The SGAP5-2416 is a \u003cstrong\u003epossible alternative where the longer SGAP6-2415 cannot be used due to filter clearance issues\u003c\/strong\u003e. If you do not have any filter clearance issues, we recommend you use the \u003cstrong\u003eSGAP6-2415\u003c\/strong\u003e filter adaptor kit. Please see fitting notes below.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003ch3\u003eFitting Notes:\u003c\/h3\u003e \u003cul\u003e \u003cli\u003eCheck your overall clearance from the end of your installed oil filter \t\u003cul\u003e \u003cli\u003eIf you have \u0026gt;= 75mm clearance from the end of your filter, SAAS recommends you use the \u003cstrong\u003eSGAP6-2415\u003c\/strong\u003e filter adaptor\u003c\/li\u003e \u003cli\u003eIf you have \u0026lt; 75mm clearance, you then need to check the overall length of your OE oil pump to filter bolt. This will require removal of your oil filter.\u003c\/li\u003e \u003c\/ul\u003e \u003c\/li\u003e \u003cli\u003eRemove your oil filter and check length of filter bolt - from the bolt flange to the end of the bolt MUST BE LESS THAN 28mm. \u003cstrong\u003eIf it is \u0026gt;= 28mm, you will need to use the SGAP6-2415 and check for overall filter clearance - see image below. The displayed OE bolt is NOT suitable with the SGAP5-2416.\u003c\/strong\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e \u003c\/ul\u003e \u003cp\u003e\u003cimg alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.shopsaas.com\/assets\/images\/Resources\/SGAP2415_Bolt.jpg\"\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cul\u003e \u003cli\u003eMock up your sandwich plate with your intended accessories\/senders\/switches - \u003cstrong\u003eHAND TIGHTEN ONLY\u003c\/strong\u003e at this stage\u003c\/li\u003e \u003cli\u003eClean oil filter mount face and dummy fit the sandwich plate and bolt to the engine block by \u003cstrong\u003eHAND TIGHTENING\u003c\/strong\u003e the oil filter adaptor bolt. The sandwich plate must seat flush against the block and not be able to be rotated once the oil filter adaptor bolt is hand nipped up. If you are able to rotate the sandwich plate at this point, you most likely have an oil pump bolt that is not suitable with the sandwich block.
